Dec. 20, 2018 JBER hosts WinterFest at Hillberg Ski Area Hillberg Ski Area at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, will kick off the season with WinterFest 2018, Dec. 21, from noon to 8 p.m. This free event, for all ages, is open to all DoD cardholders.
