- Leads 37 technicians sustaining Aircraft Repair (AR)/CDDAR/wheel & tire processes supports all F-22/C-17/E-3 sorties

- Directs In-Flight Emer (IFE)/Ground Emer (GE) response teams/manages $3.2M CDDAR program associated assets

- Provides guidance & technical expertise ensuring proper mx actions/enforces compliance w/ tech orders/safety std's

- Reviews/evaluates mx inspection reports/manpower authorizations/workloads/proficiency with W&T/AR personnel

Accomplishments:
  TSgt Litton joined the USAF in Nov 2000 and has been stationed at JBER since Dec 2012. During this time he has set himself apart as a stellar CDDAR chief. Through his 2015 deployment to Hickam AFB, HI, TSgt Litton cleared 8 F-22 IFE's/GE's and supported 12 aircraft during 267 sorties. He received the Superior Performer Sentry Aloha award for steering the MX Recovery Team during an F-22 blown tire emergency that resulted in a fire. TSgt Litton was able to direct the team to clear the active civilian runway in under an impressive 3.5 hours. Furthermore, TSgt Litton collectively directed and coordinated 20 JBER agencies during a multi-aircraft Heritage Park refurbishment project. Through this undertaking, there were numerous aircraft recovery methods executed during the removal and relocation process. CDDAR skills were showcased and critical training was complied with for 36 personnel.  His accomplishments and exemplary work ethic resulted in his selection as Squadron Blue Suit of the quarter, and was lauded by the 3WG/CC for his dedication and execution of the Heritage Park project.

 

TSgt Litton embodies our Air Force Core Values in the level of excellence in all he does. His selflessness is demonstrated through team coaching Machetanz's girl basketball and instilling leadership and team-building skills for 23 youths in the community. His dedication to continual personal and professional development shows in the completion of his CCAF degree while upholding an outstanding 4.0 GPA.
