ORC provides ATV safety course
Roseann Coyle, a new all-terrain rider, comes out of a turn during an ATV safety course at the Hillberg Ski Resort at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, June 29, 2016. The state of Alaska has few paved roads and highways, making off-road transportation practical for many off-duty activities.
