Resiliency is the Responsibility of Every Airman
The Air Force defines resiliency as the ability to withstand, recover and/or grow in the face of stressors and changing demands. "We believe an Airman's personal and professional successes depend on this resiliency, and feel it is our responsibility to provide the education and resources to help them and their families build it," said Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force James Cody, March 19, 2013.
