Fort Rich hosts joint base town hall meeting
FORT RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Fort Richardson Garrison Commander Col. David L. Shutt explains the reasoning behind joint basing to a group of Soldiers, civilians and family members at the Post Theater May 5. Shutt and his principal staff members explained the ongoing process of combining Fort Richardson and Elmendorf Air Force Base into Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson.
