Airmen receive nonjudicial punishment

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --  An airman first class from the 3rd Operations Group received an Article 15 for failing to go to his appointed place of duty at the prescribed time. The punishment was a suspended reduction to airman and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 3rd Mission Support Group received an Article 15 for failing to obey a no contact order. The punishment was a suspended reduction to senior airman, forfeiture of $100 for two months, 45 days of extra duty and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 3rd Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for using marijuana. The punishment was a reduction airman basic, suspended forfeiture of $300 pay for two months and 21 days of extra duty.

An airman first class from the 3rd MXG received an Article 15 for failing to go to his appointed place of duty at the prescribed time. The punishment was a reduction to airman and forfeiture of $400 for two months with one month suspended.

An airman first class from the 3rd MXG received a vacation action for failing to obey a lawful order. A vacation action imposes a suspended punishment for a previous Article 15. The punishment was a forfeiture of $400.

An airman first class from the 3rd MXG received an Article 15 for failing to properly register and store a privately owned weapon. The punishment was a reduction to airman and suspended forfeiture of $250 for two months.

An airman first class from the 3rd MXG received an Article 15 for improperly storing a privately owned weapon. The punishment was a suspended reduction to airman and suspended forfeiture of $250 for two months.
