3rd Wing Outstanding Performer

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --  This week's 3rd Wing outstanding performer is Staff Sgt. Kelly Caruso, 525th Fighter Squadron.

Caruso revamped the entire computer security continuity binder in anticipation of an upcoming inspection. She also updated the operations desk continuity binder, eliminating redundant work and saving countless man hours. During the 525th FS redeployment from Guam, Caruso volunteered to work extended hours on several different days, including weekends, at the operations desk.

Caruso coordinated and tracked flying and ground training accomplishments for 28 aircrew members. Additionally, Caruso minimized operational risk by strictly enforcing all Air Force mandated go and no-go procedures.
