3rd Wing Outstanding Performer

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --  This week's 3rd Wing outstanding performer is Capt. Aaron Port, 517th Airlift Squadron.

Working as a squadron scheduler, Port's oversight ensured 100 percent mission effectiveness during six Red Flag-Alaska sorties and six local sorties. His outstanding efforts increased weekly training sortie effectiveness by 15 percent and enhanced the squadron's ability to provide combat-ready crews for Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
