More H1N1 vaccines arrive to Elmendorf

ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --  The 3rd Medical Group has received 500 doses of H1N1 flu vaccine this week.

It is only designated for ages 6-35 months. They have a very small supply of vaccine for older individuals, but not enough to warrant walk-in or mass vaccinations yet.

The following clinics will be open for walk-in H1N1 immunizations (ages 6-35
months) during duty hours:

Immunizations

Pediatrics

Flight Medicine

They will also schedule visits with Elmendorf and Fort Richardson child development centers for next week.
