ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska --  Senior Airman Kenneth Moylan, 19th Fighter Squadron Aircrew Flight Equipment production supervisor, provided his AFE expertise to five pilots and their F-15s during an off-station launch from Kulis Air National Guard Base. He also accomplished more than 20 F-15 alert AFE quality assurance inspections and ensured 100 percent of alert pilots were ready to respond to the North American Aerospace Defense Command and Air National Guard missions. Moylan's efforts maintaining 8,000 plus pieces of equipment, worth more than $10 million were vital to a zero-finding outcome during the 3rd Wing staff assistance visit.
