Fisher House Ground Breaking
ELMENDORF AIR FORCE BASE, Alaska -- Civic leaders, Veterans Affairs personnel and military leaders turnover the first shovels full of dirt during the Fisher House of Alaska groundbreaking ceremony May 15. The Fisher House will be constructed as a two-story home comprising more than 16,000 square feet of living space and will feature 21 individual family living suites, each with a private bath.
