Lt. Col. Ryan Shercliffe demonstrates and describes how computer controlled patient simulators are used during the Chief of Staff civic leader tour Aug.12. The operator controls a wide range of physiologic parameters such as the newborn's breathing, pulses, heart/lung sounds, movements, vocalizations and skin color.
