Fireworks prohibited on JBER Published Dec. 29, 2010 By JBER Fire and Emergency Services JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON -- This year the City of Anchorage is permitting the use of fireworks at private residences from 2130 31 Dec - 0100 1 January. However, all fireworks need to remain off the installation. In accordance with WGI 32-2001/AR 420-12, 29.2., fireworks including, bottle rockets, roman candles, bombs, sparklers, firecrackers, and so forth are prohibited on JBER.
