3rd Wing commander thanks team for exercise performance

Congratulations on an outstanding performance during POLAR FORCE 12-4. I saw mission-focused, dedicated Total Force Airmen, Civilians, and Contractors everywhere I looked during the last week. I commend your leadership and team work. We received absolutely outstanding support from our 673rd ABW partners. You did a masterful job of balancing real world deployments and other activities with our most robust readiness exercise since the 2009 ORI.

Today as we transition from last week's combat mission focus, take the time in your units to focus on taking care of each other. Spend some time today to focus on a culture of safety and a wingman mindset, both on and off duty. You and your families are the true source of our military readiness. Please enjoy some well-deserved time off with family and friends this holiday weekend.
