Customer service now has a voice through ICE
Tamera Randolph is the new face to the Interactive Customer Evaluation customer service officer. During the directed Resource Management Decision 703, the ICE CSO position was eliminated in November 2010. Randolph came on board as the CSO in August 2012 when PACAF agreed to fund the position.
