Accomplishments: 1. Led SPRAM program managers in tracking down four O2 regulators valued at $25K, which had been improperly tracked for seven years. Worked with RA, LRS/EAE, CTK custodian, Production, and maintenance to ensure critical equipment was available and account corrected. 2. Developed PQDR process slides, differentiating types of DRs, and identifying all key players in process. Educated maintenance on PQDR process and worked closely with PIM office and LRS to maintain PACAF DIFM turn-in requirements. 3. Filled TSgt role as DMS NCOIC during manning shortage. Managed 15 programs and four personnel during Ex Red Flag and Ex Northern Edge. Supported Elmendorf AFB, Tinker AFB, and Kadena AFB supply efforts, and four E-3 AWACS. Processed 200+ items valued at $3.5M. Enabled 4K flight hours and 1.5K sorties.
