Manages Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) personnel trng ISO 15K Jt base prsnl/supervises in-check/load planning. Administers Hazardous Declaration prep trng/Cargo Prep/Pallet Build-up classes ISO USARAK, 11AF and 3x Wgs
