Adults and children decorated rubber ducks for display as part of the Duck the Halls competition from Nov. 28 to Dec. 9, at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Library. Artists of all ages and experience were given the opportunity to bring their favorite book characters to life. Voting on the top three ducks will begin on Dec. 12.
