Job Description: Client System Technician -We perform client-level information technology support functions for the men and women of the 3rd Maintenance Group. Manage hardware and software. Perform configuration, management, and troubleshooting. Remove and replace components and peripherals to restore system operation. Install and configure software operating systems and applications. Provide service to end-users for operation, restoration, and configuration of information systems.

Accomplishment: Fostered an environment focused on total customer service and improved efficiency. Collaborated with 673 CS's network infastructure team to effectively liaison a rapid response capability. Now, when a dispatched CST technician working in the customer's work place determines advanced network/LAN permissions are required, a complete Information Technology support team is immediately available. Exploiting this effective team venue allows the CST technician to remain in the affected work center and see the repair thru to completion. Gone are the days of leaving a job "unfinished" and a customer "unsatisfied" with a promise to return within 3-5 duty days. This joint effort, in combination with the CST team's resounding customer first mindset, has proven paramount to the successful reduction in Remedy Trouble Ticket resolution time from seven days to just 24 hrs and unequalled positive customer service feedback.
