RDIC Official Passport photos Official passports are issued to Active Duty Soldiers, Active Guard/ Reserve, and DA/ NAF Civilians for official TDY travel overseas to areas requiring such in support of ongoing missions. Personnel should contact Mr. Andy Stanton, Military Personnel Division Passport Agent, at 384-1024 for questions regarding the requirements for passport issuance for specific countries. Family members of Soldiers scheduled to PCS to an overseas area requiring a passport for entry are issued no-fee dependent passports and are authorized to have their photographs taken at this facility. Deploying groups of individuals numbering 20 or more should contact this office to schedule an appointment by calling 384-7183. Passport-sized photographs, for Soldiers applying for U.S. Citizenship, are also taken at this facility. All other applicants (i.e., family members, civilians, etc.) must have their photographs taken at a commercial photo studio at their expense. Soldiers who are scheduled to PCS to an overseas area that does not require a passport for entry, i.e. Germany, etc., are not issued official passports, but may obtain a tourist passport at their own expense. Photographs for these purposes are not authorized to be taken at a Government facility and must be taken at a commercial photo studio at the individual's expense. Photographs for Official and No-Fee Dependent passports are taken on Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. on a walk-in basis. Photographs for tourist passports, international driver's licenses, and other unofficial purposes are not authorized to be taken at this facility and must be taken at a commercial photo studio at the individual's expense.
