Colonel Breanna D. Fulton is the Commander, Pacific Air Forces Regional
Support Center, Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska. She is
responsible for 43 remote sites across Alaska and the Pacific Theater
with a total asset value of $7.2 billion, providing first-line radar, airfield
operations, air operations weapon system, communications,
engineering, environmental, and logistics support for Eleventh Air Force,
Alaskan NORAD Region, and Pacific Air Forces. She is the installation
commander for one air station, two forward operating locations, and 18
remote radar sites supporting air sovereignty, war readiness missions,
and homeland defense. She implements government-to-government
consultation with Alaskan native tribes and works directly with more than
50 communities across the State of Alaska.
An Alabama native, Col. Fulton was commissioned through Air Force ROTC at Auburn University, Alabama in September of 2000. She has served in a variety of logistics, command, and staff positions. Most recently, she was the Deputy Director, Diversity and Inclusion for the Department of the Air Force. Prior to that, She served as the Chief Strategist, Logistics Chief Information Officer Support Division within the Directorate for Resource Integration Logistics, Engineering and Force Protection, Headquarters Air Force Staff and served as the Chief, Stability and Humanitarian Engagements Division for the Directorate of Strategy, Plans, and Programs on the Joint Staff. She also commanded the 27th Special Operations Logistics Readiness Squadron at Cannon AFB, New Mexico, and she was the Commander for the 731st Air Mobility Squadron, Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea. Col. Fulton has deployed in support of Operations ENDURING FREEDOM, IRAQI FREEDOM, and NEW DAWN.
