Disciplinary Action Issued for Sexual Misconduct

    • 1 Oct. - Nov. 30
      • No current record of sexual misconduct disciplinary actions for October or November 2023.
    • 1 Dec. - Dec. 30
      • Sexual Assault and Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – A Senior Airman was accused of committing sexual assault and abusive sexual contact against one Air Force member and committing abusive sexual contact on two other Air Force members. After initiation of court-martial proceedings, the accused requested to be discharged instead of court-martialed. The commander approved the accused’s discharge with an Under Other than Honorable Service Characterization.

    Abusive Sexual Contact, Article 120, UCMJ – An Airman first class touched the breast of another member without the victim’s consent. The airman first class accepted an Article 15 and received punishment of reduction to E-2 and a reprimand.

    Sexual Harassment, Article 92, UCMJ – A staff sergeant exchanged unwelcome text messages with a senior airman asking for photographs of the senior airman, a bedframe, and a positive pregnancy test. The staff sergeant received a letter of reprimand.

    Sexual Harassment, Article 92, UCMJ – A technical sergeant made explicit sexual comments to a senior airman over text message, which created a hostile work environment. The technical sergeant received a letter of reprimand.
