Services Provided: Administer the Army Biochemical Testing Program in accordance with AR 600-85. Provides alcohol and drug prevention education through Unit Prevention Leader training (UPL), military and civilian education classes, awareness events and intense remedial education (Prime for Life). Provides certified Employee Assistance Program Coordinator.
Risk Reduction Program. The RRP provides an efficient way for Army Commanders to identify and address high risk behaviors such as (substance abuse, suicides, family abuse, AWOL, crimes against property, crimes against persons, DUIs, accidents class C & D, and financial indebtedness). The RRP tracks monthly, quarterly, and annual trends by command then reports those trends to Commanders along with assisting them in optimizing local existing resources to mitigate adverse behavior by their Soldiers and/or family members.

Services Provided: Club Beyond is where friends, fun and faith connect. Our staff and volunteers understand the unique stresses put on military kids. Consisting of ecumenical programs during the school year, meetings are open to all military teens regardless of religious background or affiliation. Clubs provide a casual atmosphere filled with energetic music, crazy games, and a chance for teens to hear a message from the Bible. Club Beyond also organizes special events year-round, including service projects, ski trips, summer camps and more. Club Beyond is staffed in partnership with Young Life.

EAP services are provided to:
DOD civilians, their family members (over 18), military dependents (over 18), and retirees and their family members over (18).
Problems addressed by the EAP
Alcohol and drug abuse (about 40% of clients), health related problems, marital, emotional, behavioral, financial, and other personal problems.
It is highly encouraged for the client to self-refer. Self-referred clients tend to recognize, there is a problem, and are proactive in their own treatment/problem solving (about 60% are self-referrals). The rest of the clients are referred by supervisors, family member's, unions, etc.
EAP provides: (No cost) confidential problem identification and assessment services for up to four visits. Includes: constructive confrontation, motivation and short-term intervention to address problems affecting work. Makes referrals for appropriate diagnosis, treatment, and assistance. Provides linkage between workplace and community resources, and case monitoring and follow-up for clients.
The EAP is a resource for the work environment.
EAP is designed to assist both the supervisor and the employee with enhancing the work environment, employee performance and the employee’s wellbeing. Provides briefings concerning current drug and alcohol trends, team building, resources in the community, etc.
For the Employee
The EAP is bound by confidentiality, clients can talk about issues they are having at work, home, with their spouse or co-worker, and receive unbiased, informed advise or linkage to resources. Some EAP clients are going through a crisis and want to be able to vent there issues without being referred to outside resources. Note: The only time that a conversation is not confidential is if it is revealed that harm will occur to yourself, others, children or to national security.
For the Supervisor
The EAP provides expert consultation and training provided to organizational leadership (e.g. management, supervisors, and union stewards) regarding their options when dealing with problematic or troubled employees. The use of a EAP has been shown to enhance the work environment and improve employee performance.
Supervisors are encouraged to make EAP referrals when the problematic behavior begins and can be addressed with minimum disruption to the work environment and before the problem escalates (about 20% of clients are supervisor referrals).

Services Provided: "Provides voluntary, needs based, immediate and ongoing services to victims of domestic violence."
· Develop individualized safety plans and review/update current plans
· Explains restricted and unrestricted reporting options for victims of domestic violence
· Assist victims in applying for military or civil protections orders to promote safety, assisting with certifying protections orders from other states
· Provides information and resources regarding a victims identified needs
· Accompanies the victim to appointments or court proceedings when requested by the victim
· Notifies Family Advocacy Officer, law enforcement, and command if imminent risk of serious harm or death is established
· Serves as a liaison for the victim with commands and community agencies
· Provides 24 hour/7 days a week response to victims and maintaining an emergency contact number

Warrior Zone Lounge, formerly the "Arctic Chill/907 Sports Bar" is now part of the Warrior Zone the lounge may be reserved but does not offer exclusivity, reservations required in order the have the area staffed for beer, wine and food service. Beer and wine are now sold and can be consumed throughout/within building 655.
