Recent accomplishments
- A1C Hirning is a Health Care Management Technician coordinating over 3K patient admissions and discharges, while maintaining 100K inpatient medical records. Additionally, she manages the Provider Coding Compliance Discrepancy program, earning the DoD $8.5M in Third Party Collections. As an Admissions and Dispositions clerk, A1C Hirning is charged with securing and controlling $10K in patient valuables and dutifully remains on call 24/7 to support and execute casualty processing and notifications to HHQ. Finally, during the 2017 Patient Safety Fair, A1C Hirning led a team of 4 personnel to represent the TRICARE Operations Patient Administration flight and educated 700 patients on the affects of patient privacy. Moreover, she volunteered for the 2016 Special Olympics, ensuring the safety and security of 1.2K attendees.
