Tank Truck Offload Facility gives more readiness to JBER

Daniel Arteaga, a 673d LRS fuels laboratory noncommissioned officer in charge, pull an all-level sample from a tanker truck at a tank truck offload facility on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, July 25, 2019. The TTOF became fully operational December 2018, and provides a secondary means to receive JP-8 (Jet Propellant 8) in the event JBER’s fuel pipelines are out of service due to maintenance, damage or natural disaster.
