JPARC Final EIS Notice of Availability 28 June 2013 Published June 28, 2013 JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON -- The JPARC Final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) Notice of Availability was published in the Federal Register on Friday 28 June 2013. Following a 30-day waiting period, a Record of Decision will be released which details the lead agencies' final decision as well as any required mitigation of the proposed actions.
