SGM Antia is a native of Greenwich, Connecticut and he enlisted in the Army in July 2000 as an Airborne Infantryman.
His duty positions include: Rifle man, Saw gunner, Communications Chief, Scout Squad leader, Sniper Team Leader, Special Operation Team Sergeant, Special Operations Ranger Coordinator, Ranger Instructor, Senior Writer Ranger Instructor, Platoon Sergeant, Scout Platoon Sergeant, Regimental Tactical Platoon Sergeant, SFAT Senior Enlisted Advisor, Lightning Troop First Sergeant, Headquarters and Headquarters Troop First Sergeant, Equal Opportunity Program Manager, J3 Senior Enlisted advisor, and Battalion Operations Sergeant Major and currently serves as the 673 ABW/SGM.
His state side assignments include Fort Benning, GA, Fort Campbell, KY, Fort Stewart, GA, Hunter Army Airfield, GA, Miami, FL and Fort Bliss, TX. His overseas assignments include Germany and Alaska. He has deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Poland as well as to the SOUTHCOM AOR.
